With regret, the unavailability of major sponsors, has caused the postponement of the Redang Reef Regeneration Project to next year. The MNS Marine Group will continue to sell Reef Balls to individuals this year while the group continues looking for a main sponsor.
Instead, the Malaysian Nature Society will be conducting a reef check and awareness workshop on Pulau Redang in October.
